Booking Conditions
All payments must be made via bank transfer
20% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining 80% must be paid 30 days before the check-in date.
Minimum stay: 2 nights, except during the following special periods (3 nights)

Access to and use of the estate is reserved exclusively for guests staying overnight. For weddings or events, please consult with the property.
Pets are allowed. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Pets are welcome in our space, because we know they’re part of your family. Here, you can enjoy your stay accompanied by your furry friend. We only ask that owners take responsibility for any damage their pet may cause during the stay.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a flexible cancellation policy that allows guests to cancel their reservation without any penalty:
Up to 60 days before the scheduled check-in date during the special periods mentioned above.
Up to 15 days before the scheduled check-in date for all other periods.
